| 4:30 PM | Arrival at Munich Airport (MUC). Arrival is planned for 3:30 PM, but as there will be some traffic on this Friday afternoon, we recommend to plan on check-in not before 4:30 PM. |
| 5:30 PM | Arrival at downtown train station and Hotel Metropol. Bus will continue from airport to downtown Munich. Arrival could be as early as 4:15 PM, but with traffic on a Friday afternoon it might be as late as 5:30 PM. Participants are welcome to stay another night in Munich if that facilitates your return travel. Please let us know if this is your preference, and we will reserve another hotel night for you. Dinner will be on your own, but it certainly will be reimbursed as well. There is a large number of restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. |
Former Bavarian King and Queen in the Aula Maior (or Stony Hall) of the Monastery Raitenhaslach.
The TUM Science & Study Center Raitenhaslach and the Hotel Glöcklhofer are 6.5 kilometers apart. A shuttle bus will be provided in the morning and evening. Should you need to get to the hotel during the day, transportation will be provided.
