We're delighted to share updates on the conference program. In addition to the usual poster sessions, keynote speakers will delve into the significance of mobility and urban space.

Echoing the theme of Mobility (In)Justice explored during last week's TUM openLAB Urban Mobility event (find out more), we're pleased to announce that this specific topic will also be featured prominently within a keynote speach at the mobil.TUM 2024 conference. Karen Lucas, a distinguished figure in mobility justice, will present a keynote titled "The Vital Role of Social Inclusion in Transport Planning: Present and Future Perspectives."

👤 Dr. Karen Lucas is Professor of Human Geography and Director of Research in the Department of Geography within the School of Environment, Education and Development (SEED). She is deputy director of the Manchester Urban Institute (The University of Manchester) and leads its Transport and Mobilities research group.
