Description

Course description: Applied transport modelling with VISUM/VISEVA; Network design and analysis with VISUM 10; Building a demand model in VISUM using the EVA approach; Trip assignment and feedback;Selected issues in advanced modelling; Multi-agent modelling of dynamic systems Intention/aim of the course: Students will get in-depth understanding in the state-of-art modelling in land-use and transportation demand. There will be hands-on exercises of VISUM and VISEVA about system dynamics applications and tools in multi-agent modelling or integrated micro-simulation.
