We are looking for partners eager to provide financial support and enhance their visibility with exhibition stands in the EXPO area of the conference venue, as well as during the exclusive conference dinner. Make your mark at the dinner – feature your company name prominently!

To accommodate a wide range of potential sponsors, we have developed a comprehensive three-tier sponsorship system that allows all interested companies, organizations, start-ups, or individuals to participate. They are as follows:

mobil.TUM GOLD (€ 5.000 – 7.000)

In the GOLD sponsorship category, the partner receives all the benefits we offer. This includes a large space in the EXPO area and big logos in the main conference banner, promotional videos during the breaks, special space in the marketing channels and on the conference marketing materials as well as 3 tickets for the entire duration of the conference.

mobil.TUM SILVER (€ 3.500 – 5.000)

Although the SILVER sponsorship category has a smaller volume than GOLD, it is still a good way to place your company at the center of mobil.TUM 2024 and showcase your brand through strategic marketing materials promotion. Capture the attention of our audience of experts, researchers and students on-site and make a lasting impact.

mobil.TUM BRONZE (€ 2.000 – 3.500)

The last category is the smallest sponsorship opportunity for mobil.TUM 2024, with which we primarily want to address start-ups and small organizations to participate in the conference as sponsors. We recognize the creativity and effort that small companies bring to the table. Therefore, this category is designed to place them in the spotlight and give them the opportunity to connect with an extended network in the mobility sector.

mobil.TUM 2024 SPECIALS

The specials can be added on top of one of the three previously mentioned categories or can be a single selection:

• Conference dinner on Tuesday, 09.04.2024. The dinner could have your company name!
• Lanyards of name badges.
• Slot in the program to organize an outdoor activity, site visit, and/or showing a product.
