With the turn of the year, the chair of traffic engineering and control is also facing a change of leadership. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Fritz Busch is leaving the chair after 17 years of very successful work, dozens of completed projects, and a large number of supervised doctoral students. His career will be crowned with the appointment as Emeritus of Excellence, thanks to which he will remain with TUM and the chair for some time to come.

In the new year, things are moving forward at full speed - under Prof. Dr.-Ing. Klaus Bogenberger, who will take over the leadership of the chair of traffic engineering and control at the beginning of the year. We wish Prof. Busch and Prof. Bogenberger a good start into the next phase!
