Vita
I began my academic career with a bachelor's degree in physics at Carl von Ossietzky University in Oldenburg, which I completed in 2022 with a thesis on camera-based investigations of the flight behavior of autonomous drones in a wind tunnel.
I then continued my studies at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences, where I earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering Automation with a focus on Networked Intelligent Systems in 2025. My master's thesis dealt with automatic extrinsic multi-sensor calibration for an autonomous passenger shuttle. At the same time, I acquired in-depth knowledge of the theory of common methods in machine learning and data science in the master's program in Applied Mathematics for Network and Data Sciences, also at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences.
Since March 2025, I have been working under the supervision of Prof. Johannes Betz at the Chair of Autonomous Vehicle Systems (AVS), where I am involved in the motion and behavior planning of autonomous road vehicles.
