The research group "Modelling, Simulation, and Concepts of Urban Air Mobility Transport Systems" had its kick-off meeting on the 5th of December 2018. The "Urban Air Mobility" research group is coordinated between the Chair of Networked Transport Systems at the Technical University of Munich, the Chair of Transport Technology at the University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich and Bauhaus Luftfahrt.

The main focus of the areas of the research group include:

• Transport modelling of UAM and interaction with other transport modes
• Future user behaviour and social acceptance
• City specific conceptual design and evaluation of UAM transport systems
• Scientific networking and exchange with industry, politics and society

The aim of the partners is to bundle the individual expertise on the joint research activities and doctoral projects.
