- Full Attendance: For a comprehensive experience spanning 2.5 days, the standard registration fee is €590. 🐦 Early-Bird Discount: Secure your spot early by registering before February 10, 2024, and you'll pay just €490.
- Students (Bachelor's and Master's programs): We value the next generation of mobility innovators. Students with valid certificates can register at a reduced fee of €390. 🐦 Early-Bird Student Discount: Students who register by February 10, 2024, pay €290, making it even more affordable to engage with the mobility experts. You have to upload a vaild certification within the registration platform.
- Students of TUM: Students currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's programs at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) are also getting a discount. We're diligently working to provide the most budget-friendly option for you. Your patience is appreciated as we fine-tune the details. However, if you want to attend the conference as a speaker (by submitting an extended abstract), you will need to pay a fee of €290.

What does the fee cover?
When you register for mobil.TUM 2024, your fee includes access to plenum and speaker sessions, poster presentations, and enriching workshops on all conference days. Plus, enjoy daily lunches and coffee breaks, which are also covered by the fee.
I am submitting an extended abstract. Do I have to pay the fees now?
If you are submitting an extended abstract to be part of the conference as a speaker, you only have to pay the registration fee after you receive the confirmation notification (January 15, 2024). If you do not get approval and then do not attend the conference, you do not have to pay anything.
Are there optional offers?
All participants are invited to join us for a special conference dinner on Tuesday, April 9, 2023. An additional fee of €40 applies. Within the registration portal, you have the option to register for this event. Join us for an evening of great food, conversation, and connection.
