The Accessibility Planning research group accepted the invitation from Carlos Moreno and Catherine Arod-Gall to participate in the workshop 'Sustainable Proximities in Practice: Exploring Tools and Learning from Cities.' During the workshop, Benjamin Büttner introduced the innovative concept of 'Flowers of Proximity,' a framework that promotes dedicated and collaborative planning of spatial proximity involving various stakeholders. The session, organized by key partners such as Chaire ETI - IAE Paris Sorbonne School, United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG), C40 Cities, and UN-Habitat (United Nations Human Settlements Programme), provided experts and cities a platform to exchange insights on sustainable urban development.
