Accessible Automated Automotive - External Human Machine Interfaces (eHMI) for Especially Vulnerable Road Users (eVRU)

Last Sunday (04.09.2022) our colleague Mario Ilic attended a Workshop on “Accessible Automated Automotive - External Human Machine Interfaces (eHMI) for Especially Vulnerable Road Users (eVRU)” in conjunction with the Mensch und Computer (MuC) conference hosted by the Technical University of Darmstadt. The workshop participants discussed issues of equity and inclusion in a future with fully automated traffic, identified research gaps and agreed on possible collaborations on this topic. Feel free to have a look at Mario’s presentation he gave on the topic of “Experimental Inegration of Especially Vulnerable Road Users (eVRU) in Vehicle-to-Human (V2H) Communications Research” (Link).
